Terms and Conditions

Tendurhome is a household command center operated by Location Changes Everything LLC ("we", "us"). When you use Tendurhome, you are entering an agreement with Location Changes Everything LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use Tendurhome, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Tendurhome helps households organize home maintenance. It includes an AI Repair Guide that gives repair and maintenance suggestions, including from photos you upload. It also offers recurring maintenance schedules, household sharing, a home profile for warranties and service plans, and a directory of local service companies.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. If you use Tendurhome for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Tendurhome. In particular, you must not:

• use Tendurhome for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• send spam or abusive messages to households or companies;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy, including by uploading photos you have no right to share;
• interfere with Tendurhome's security, for example by spreading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Tendurhome, or get around its technical limits;
• use the AI features to create illegal, hateful or deceptive content (including deepfakes) or try to bypass their safety controls.

4. AI guidance is not professional advice

Repair Guide answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. A photo can't show everything, so any analysis of a photo is limited to what is visible in it. Guidance is practical triage only. It is not a diagnosis, an inspection, or advice from a licensed professional. Before acting, check that the information is correct. Hire a licensed professional for electrical, gas, structural, hazardous-material or other regulated work. If you are ever in danger, leave the area and contact emergency services or your utility. Any comment that an issue "may be covered" by a warranty or service plan is based only on what you entered. Always confirm coverage with the provider.

You decide whether to act on any guidance Tendurhome gives you, and you assume the risk of any repair you perform yourself or arrange with a company. Tendurhome provides reference information only and does not supervise, perform or take part in any repair work.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the messages, photos and other information you add, and for how you use the AI's answers. You confirm that you have the right to share them. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide Tendurhome to you and your household. As far as we are concerned, you may use the AI's answers to you as you choose, subject to these Terms.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, or suspend accounts that break these Terms. If you believe content on Tendurhome infringes your rights, contact us at support@Tendurhome.com or through the app with the details and we will review it. We may terminate accounts that infringe repeatedly.

6. Local companies

Directory listings come from public sources or from the companies themselves. Companies are independent of us. We do not endorse them or guarantee their work, prices or availability. Tendurhome is a directory only: we play no part in any repair work, we are not a party to any agreement you make with a company, and we are not responsible for anything a company does or fails to do, including property damage, injury, or incomplete or poor-quality work. Any agreement you make with a company is between you and that company.

7. Intellectual property

Location Changes Everything LLC owns Tendurhome and all of its intellectual property, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tendurhome under the plan you choose, and for no other purpose.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans may start with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged automatically when it ends, and then on each renewal date. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

9. Availability

We work to keep Tendurhome running well, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our policies. You may stop using Tendurhome and delete your account at any time. When your access ends, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Notice.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tendurhome is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, such as lost profits, lost data, property damage from DIY repairs, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law does not allow it.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your content, your unlawful use of Tendurhome, or your breach of these Terms.

13. General

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state. We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
