Refund Policy

Location Changes Everything LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Tendurhome memberships. If you're not happy with a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This covers both the Monthly and Yearly plans, and applies to the first payment after a free trial as well as to renewals.

How to request a refund

Our payment provider, Paddle, processes refunds. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all Tendurhome orders. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address from your purchase. You can also contact us at support@Tendurhome.com or through the Tendurhome app and we'll help.

Free trials and cancellation

You won't be charged if you cancel before your free trial ends. You can cancel any time from the Membership page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
