This notice explains how Location Changes Everything LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use Tendurhome. We are the controller of this information, which means we decide how and why it is used.

Information we collect, and why

• Account details (email address, login credentials, ZIP code): to create your account, keep it secure, and show local results. Basis: providing our service to you (contract).
• Repair conversations and photos (descriptions of household issues, uploaded photos, AI answers, repair status): to give you guidance and save your history. Basis: contract.
• Home profile (warranties, service plans, companies you add): to suggest service times and flag possible coverage. Basis: contract.
• Household and requests (household members, invites, repair requests, appointment details): to share threads with your household and contact the companies you choose. Basis: contract.
• Company listings (business name, contact details, services, hours, photos, FAQs): to show listings to households. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Connected calendars (for companies that connect one): to create appointments you confirm. We store access keys encrypted. Basis: consent.
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser and device information, error logs): to keep Tendurhome secure, prevent fraud, fix problems and improve the service. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to answer your questions. Basis: legitimate interests.

Paddle collects your payment details directly. We don't see or store your card number.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run Tendurhome, including cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers that process your repair messages and photos to produce answers, Google (maps, places and calendar features), and error-monitoring tools.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to sell and manage subscriptions, take payments, handle tax and issue invoices.
• Companies you contact. They receive only the issue, location, urgency and contact email you submit, never your private conversations.
• Members of your household, for the threads you share with them.
• Professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants), and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide Tendurhome. After that, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information. You may also be able to object to or limit some uses of it, and withdraw consent at any time. If you live in a U.S. state with a privacy law, such as California, you have the rights that law gives you. We won't treat you differently for using them. To make a request, contact us at support@Tendurhome.com or through the Tendurhome app. We will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. These include encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive keys, account-level access controls, and private storage for photos. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Cookies and local storage

Tendurhome uses only essential cookies and browser storage, which keep you signed in and make the app work. Paddle may set cookies during checkout. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear these through your browser settings, but you'll be signed out.

International transfers

Our service providers may process your information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes and contact
